Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is a mixed bag with clean and comfortable rooms, highlighted by the friendly service. However, the dated decor and occasional smell can be off-putting. Yet, the overall experience is pleasant, especially with the attentive staff members. Good value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although dull with no natural sunlight and quite hot due to the radiator being on all night, were kept spotless and offered a great view and facilities. The service was top-notch with attentive staff who put me at ease, particularly the trainee waiter Connor. The location was good, situated on the promenade in a quieter part of Blackpool, directly above the main lounge. The dining was satisfactory, but I couldn't fully enjoy it. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I stayed at a hotel that had both positive and negative aspects. The room, although spacious, felt more like a cupboard and was not ideal for watching TV comfortably due to the awkward angle. On the bright side, we were provided with an accessibility room that was sizable enough for my child's wheelchair. However, the cleanliness was a major concern as there were issues outside my window. The service from the staff was a mix of unhelpfulness and friendliness, with some going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was quiet for peaceful sleep but had its drawbacks, including disruptive noise during an event. The dining experience offered mixed feelings, with a limited selection but good quality. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
