My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although dull with no natural sunlight and quite hot due to the radiator being on all night, were kept spotless and offered a great view and facilities. The service was top-notch with attentive staff who put me at ease, particularly the trainee waiter Connor. The location was good, situated on the promenade in a quieter part of Blackpool, directly above the main lounge. The dining was satisfactory, but I couldn't fully enjoy it. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
